Pink World follows a strict Exchange-Only Policy.

We do not provide any refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange is only applicable for damaged or defective products.
- Customers must contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- A complete unboxing video and clear product photos are mandatory for any exchange request.

Without proper proof (video + images), exchange requests will not be accepted.

Important Terms:
- Only damaged items are eligible for exchange.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers must bear the return shipping cost.
- Customers must also pay for the exchange delivery charges.

Pink World reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
