Order Confirmation Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
No Cash on Delivery (COD) We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges We do not offer returns. However, exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:
- If you receive a wrong product
- If the product is damaged or defective
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof
If approved, the exchange process will be initiated. The replacement order will be prepaid.
Refund Policy We do not provide refunds once the order is placed and processed. Only exchanges are allowed under valid conditions.
Shipping & Delivery

- Delivery time may vary depending on your location
